Elit Tradition 2+1

DOUBLE GLAZED+SINGLE GLASS TIMBER WINDOW
Older style, modern insulation. Elit Tradition 2+1 combines a classic exterior with good insulating properties.

If you are looking for a good window with glass dividing glazing bars, perhaps for a veranda or villa in the old style, you'll find it here! The window has traditional, coupled sashes which are divided when cleaing.

About Elit Tradition 2+1

The material is laminated, fingerjointed Swedish pine which has been given a factory painted finish.  A double glazed insulation glass unit is placed in the interior sash and the exterior sash has a single glass pane which can be provided with traditional glazing bars fixed with putty.  Tradition 2+1 has insulation / U-value 1.3.

 

Specification:

  • window frame and sash are made of glued laminated and fingerjointed Swedish pine that has been given a mold protective vaccuum impregnation. The wooden parts are coated with two layers of waterbased paint, alt stained. For colours, see the detailed product sheet.
  • double-glazed insulation glass unit + 1 single glass pane in the exterior sash.
  • U-value 1,3.  U-value= insulation capability, the lower the value the better the insulation
  • Noise reduction 36 dB.
  • Not available with fire protective features.
  • Frame depth 115 mm
  • Quality- and environmental certificates: CE-labelling. Our products undergo extensive checks and tests in our own lab to ensure the highest quality.

Classic Wood Collection

By default the exterior of Elit Tradition 2+1 is painted white (NCS-S 0502Y). Stained version can be added without any extra cost, in any of four standard colours from the Classic Wood Collection to the left. At colour painting the putty seam is adjusted to six different standard putty seam colours. Hue difference exists between the putty and the painted window.

NCS and RAL

You can order you windows painted in any NCS- or RAL-colour for an additional cost. Ask for an offer from your retailer.

Painted or stained

By default the inside of the frame and sash is painted white (NCS-S 0502Y) or stained in oak, teak, nut brown or black brown.

Window latches

Windows are delivered with two traditional window latches / locks per wing. Patio doors are always delivered with a grip-friendly handle in a nickel-plated design.  More handles, fitting and locks can be found here.
