Elit Passiv

If you want to make an active choice for the environment: Elitfönster's most well-insulated aluminium window. Can even be used in passive houses!

When energy saving is number one Elit Passiv is an excellent choice. An additional insulating glass solution provides top notch insulation. Elit Passiv is an aluminium window with triple glazing and a wooden frame, where the exterior has an aluminium cladding, which increases the lifecycle and makes the exterior virtually maintenance free. About Elit Passiv

Aluminium cladding, coating, mold protection, and a timber frame is the same as for Elit Complete Alu. Do you want to have windows with exterior paint, aluminium is a smart choice. There are lots of colours to choose from! Elit Passive has also a glass solution that provides a highly efficient insulation with a U value of only 0,8. It is so well insulated that the window can even be used in so-called passive houses. Recommended for those who want to make an active contribution to the environment by saving energy!

 

Specification:

  • window frame and sash are made of glued laminated and fingerjointed Swedish pine that has been given a mold protective vaccuum impregnation. The wooden parts are coated with 3xCoating ™ consisting of three layers of high-quality 2-component polyurethane paint, alt stained. The outside is covered with aluminium-cladding, Alu Tech ™.   • triple-glazed insulation glass unit. The exterior glass has solar protection and self-cleaning features.
  • U-value 0,8 U-value= insulation capability, the lower the value the better insulation
  • Noise reduction 34 dB. Further noise reductions are optional.
  • Not available with fire protective features. For fire protection please choose Elit Complete Alu.
  • Frame depth 115 mm
  • Quality- and environmental certificates: CE-labelling, P-labelling, Secured by Design, SFDK and Energylabelling. Our products undergo extensive checks and tests in our own lab to ensure the highest quality.

Classic Alu Collection

Standard outside for Elit Extreme is aluminium-cladded and painted white (NCS-S 0502Y) from the Classic Alu Collection. Other optional colours from Classic Alu Collection available without additional costs are shown in the colour palette to the left.

Trend Sablé Collections

Trend Sablé Collections provides a surface with a structure and can be ordered for the window's aluminium-cladding exterior for an additional charge. See the shades in the colour palette to the left.  

Please note that the inside of glazing bars is painted in the same colour as the outside.

 

NCS och RAL

You can also order your windows in any shade from the NCS- or RAL-chart for an additional cost. Request a quote from your dealer.

Painted, tinted och solid wood

The standard model is the inside frame and sash smooth and cover painted in white (NCS S 0502Y), or stained in the shade of oak, teak, nut-brown or brown-black.
 
Smooth inside surface of the lacquered solid ash, birch, oak or walnut can be ordered in addition. Also profiled inside is optional at extra cost.
 

Handles
